Your Payhip licence key is in the purchase email and on the receipt. Use that same key when you activate Explorer from its panel.

The things people ask most.
How many computers
Your licence covers two permanent devices, for example a desktop and a laptop. Activate each one with the same key.
Replacing a machine
The two device slots are permanent, so there is no self-service transfer. Email support for a genuine hardware change and your devices will be reset.
The panel cannot reach the server
A connection is needed for the first activation only. After that Explorer keeps working offline for up to 30 days before it asks you to reconnect and refresh the licence.
Talking to a human
Email support@amvtoolspro.com with a short description of the problem and which Adobe host you are using.
Which versions are supported
After Effects 17.0 and later, and Premiere Pro 13 and later. Explorer ships as a signed .zxp extension.
