MOVING TO ANOTHER COMPUTER
Each Explorer license has one active computer at a time. Use the device-move option or deactivate the current machine from the panel when changing devices.
OLD DEVICE UNAVAILABLE?
Use the license-recovery path in the activation panel with your license key to resolve a device change when the old installation cannot be opened.
THE PANEL CANNOT REACH THE SERVER
An internet connection is needed for initial activation. After activation, Explorer can work offline for up to 30 days before it asks you to reconnect and refresh the license.
